Robyn Headifen’s (Team Solutions, University of Auckland)聽workshop was targeted to teachers of senior statistics courses and standards. The aim was to strengthen teachers conceptual understanding of the three inference standards, 91035 (1.10), 91264 (2.9) and聽91582 (3.10) by exploring their pain聽points.

  • Can the question be answered with data?
  • Does the plan provide data that allows for generalization of results to a population?
  • Does the analysis provide useful information for addressing the question?
  • Does the interpretation provide an appropriate answer to the statistical question?
